1. Who These Terms Cover
These terms apply when you use the design, print, distribution and canvassing services of Albarosa ApS ("Albarosa", "we"), offered under the trade name Albarosa Street. Albarosa ApS, CVR 46542193, Sønderborg, Denmark. Contact: hello@albarosa.net · +45 52 51 34 63.
2. What We Do — and Don't Do
We design, print and distribute door hangers, flyers, yard signs and neighborhood mailers, and run door-to-door canvassing, on your behalf. Print is produced by third-party print suppliers, mail is carried by USPS or the local postal service, and distribution and canvassing are carried out by local crews we contract and manage. We do not own or operate the print shops, the postal service or the crews' employers. Where these terms say "we deliver your campaign", it means "we design it, have it printed, and manage the crews who put it out in your name".
3. Quotes and Pricing
- Design, route planning and crew time are quoted in writing before any work starts. The quote states exactly what is included and whether the fee is one-off or per drop.
- Print, postage and materials are passed through at the supplier's price, with the supplier's quote attached, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We add no margin to print or postage and take no percentage of it.
- Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise, because paper prices, postage rates and crew availability change.
- Work beyond the agreed scope (extra revision rounds, additional routes, new pieces, rush print) is quoted separately before it happens. No surprise invoices.
4. Artwork, Proofs and Approval
- You receive the artwork, the route plan and the quantities for review before anything is printed. Two rounds of changes are included in the quoted price.
- Your approval is required before any piece is printed or any crew goes out. Once you approve, we print exactly what you approved.
- If you supply logos, images or text yourself, you confirm you own the rights to use them. We're not liable for content or claims you insist on keeping despite our advice — including typos you approved in writing. Once a print run is approved and ordered, it cannot be changed.
5. Distribution, Canvassing and Results
- We order print and schedule crews after your written approval of both the artwork and the route plan.
- Print suppliers and postal services set their own turnaround times and specifications, and may reject artwork or mail pieces that don't meet them. We give realistic estimates but cannot guarantee a third party's timeline.
- If a crew misses streets on an approved route, we re-walk them at no cost to you. GPS logs from every route are available to you on request. Canvassing follows local law: solicitor's permits where a city requires them, local hours, and No Soliciting signs respected without exception. Streets we can't legally walk are removed from the route and not charged.
- Results depend on your offer, your pricing, your reviews and how quickly calls are answered. We do not guarantee any particular number of calls, leads or booked jobs.
- Business details you give us for the printed piece (licence number, insurance, address, service area, phone number) must be accurate. If you are a licensed California contractor, the law requires your CSLB licence number on every piece, and you're responsible for giving us the right one. Reprints or delays caused by inaccurate information you gave us are at your cost.
6. Artwork and Data Ownership
Once our invoice for the work is paid, you own the artwork, print-ready files, route maps and canvassing logs we created for you. You may take them to any printer or crew, forever. Before payment, artwork remains ours. Every lead a rep records on a doorstep belongs to you from the moment it's written down.
7. Claims
Review your printed pieces on delivery and your drop reports promptly, and report any error within 7 days of noticing it, ideally with photos. Errors caused by us against what you approved (wrong artwork, wrong quantity, wrong streets) are corrected at no cost to you. Results you approved but are unhappy with are not errors.
8. Cancellation
- Cancel before design work begins: full refund of any deposit.
- Cancel after design work has begun but before print is ordered: hours spent are invoiced at the quoted rate.
- Cancel once print has been ordered or a drop is under way: print and postage already incurred are invoiced at cost plus hours spent, the current drop is completed and invoiced, and nothing further is scheduled. The printed pieces are yours.
9. Liability
We are liable only for direct losses up to the amount you paid us for the work in question, except where Danish mandatory law says otherwise. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business arising from supplier delays, postal delays, weather, or campaign performance.
10. Governing Law
Danish law applies. Disputes are settled by the courts of Denmark.
11. SMS Messaging Terms
This section governs text messages (SMS) you may receive from Albarosa Street. It works together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how phone numbers are stored and protected.
- Program description: When you ask us to communicate by text — whether by email, phone, or chat — we send you messages relating specifically to your enquiry or campaign — quotes, proof approvals, drop scheduling and delivery updates. We do not run promotional SMS blasts under this consent.
- Message frequency: typically 2–6 messages per month. There is no recurring subscription and no scheduled SMS marketing.
- Who we text, and from what number: Clients in the United States are messaged from a US long code registered for business messaging (A2P 10DLC) under Albarosa ApS. Clients in Denmark and the rest of Europe are messaged from our Danish number. We use a US number for US clients because a foreign number is expensive to reply to, is widely filtered by US carriers, and looks like a scam — none of which helps you get your proof approved on time.
- Sending hours: We send only between 8am and 9pm in the recipient's own local time zone, regardless of the time in Denmark. Albarosa operates nine hours ahead of California, so messages composed at the end of our working day are queued and delivered during yours.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opting out: Reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive no further texts from Albarosa Street, effective immediately, and your number will be suppressed. Opting out does not affect your campaign — we'll simply switch to email or phone.
- Help: Reply HELP to any message and you'll get our contact details back automatically. You can also email hello@albarosa.net at any time, or call +45 52 51 34 63 during Danish office hours. Email is the fastest route from the US — it's answered by the following morning your time.
- No sharing: Your mobile number and consent information are never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Carriers and our messaging platform (LeadConnector / GoHighLevel) process messages solely to deliver them.
- Carrier disclaimer: Carriers and message delivery platforms are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If a text doesn't arrive, call or email us — nothing about your campaign depends on a single text being seen.
