- We're registered in Denmark, not the US. Albarosa ApS, CVR 46542193, Sønderborg. There's no American office and no American subsidiary, and we're not going to pretend otherwise on a website.
- Our clients are in California and the states around it. Contractors, trades and local service businesses — the same people we work with at home, doing the same job in a bigger market.
- Your campaign runs on your streets, not ours. Design and planning happen online. Print is ordered from US suppliers, mail goes through USPS, and the walking is done by local distribution and canvassing crews we contract and manage in your area, billed in dollars. A campaign for a San Diego client lands on San Diego doorsteps. The only thing that crosses the Atlantic is the report.
- The time difference is real, so we work around it. Denmark is nine hours ahead of California. In practice you send something at the end of your day and it's answered by the time you wake up. When a route needs a live conversation we take the call in your afternoon, which is our evening — that's our problem to solve, not yours.
Why we text from a US number
A street campaign runs on small, time-sensitive messages: your proof is ready to approve, the crew starts your routes tomorrow morning, a yard sign needs collecting, the print shop wants a decision on paper stock. Email is too slow for that and a nine-hour gap makes phone calls awkward.
Texting our California clients from a Danish +45 number doesn't work. It arrives looking like a scam, it costs the client to reply, and plenty of US handsets filter it outright.
So we use a US number, registered properly for business messaging, and we only text clients who asked us to. Messages go out inside 8am–9pm in your local time, never ours. Reply STOP and they stop.
